Dr. Christina R. Wilson is an instructor, writer, essential skills trainer and an I Heart Resolution Business Owner.
Chris is a conflict resolution specialist who studies and teaches conflict resolution, communication, and emotional intelligence skills.
She’s passionate about people and helps them discover their unique strengths and build robust skills resulting in healthy and fulfilling relationships.
Chris has taught social-emotions skills and restorative justice concepts to inmates for several years and continues to enjoy diverse career interests, including adjunct sociology professor, conflict coach, and corporate trainer.
